Picasso: Minotaurs and Matadors

Hispanic London

The Gagosian Gallery (Mayfair) is holding an exhibition about Picasso’s bullfighting  imagery until 25th August. The exhibition is focused on Picasso’s love of bullfighting. The Spanish artist was a lifelong admirer of the tradition and so matadors, minotaurs, picadors and bulls were recurrent subjects of his work. Picasso: Minotaurs and Matadors shows a wide range of drawings, paintings, sculptures and ceramics and even a movie that Picasso made in 1929. For more information please click here Andrea
