Casa Manolo started working on Jamón Ibérico in 1965 in a small town near Salamanca. After years working with artisanal cured meats they thought it was time to introduce this star product to the United Kingdom and in 2014 they opened their first shop in the Strand and today they have 4 more shops in Putney, Clapham, Angel and Chelsea.
If you can get to Clapham there’s a free Flamenco night on the 21st September (with Lola Rueda, a Flamenco dancer that has performed at most major venues in London including The Royal Albert Hall and the Royal National Theatre) and a free tapas tasting evening on 28th September accompanied by a mixture of the best Spanish music hits.
